After Dehar's death, the “Vetevendosje” movement had promised that during its ruling mandate it would clear the case, but the opposite occurred. It was December 2022, when Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu had announced the public opinion that some Astrit Dehar samples from the Medical-Ligor Institute in Pristina had been recovered after nearly a year and a half.
In this case, four suspected persons were suspended.

Dehari declared that the Ministry of Justice has asked the Prosecution sometimes to dawn, but the latter have considered it intervention.
The “objects are divided and cannot be mixed up with the prosecution. They have often asked for both the minister and her cabinet to clear the case, and they have considered it an intervention”, Dehari said.
So Dehar says his son's case is in the hands of the Prosecutor.
In his view, he did something about it.
The Astritis issue is in the hands of the Prosecutor from the beginning to the present are the same people who were 2016 and did not do anything more”, Dehari said.
