I believe that we should consider this as a temporary document, as the future government will surely change... In health, health insurance and medical information systems, none have been realised. In privatisation, privatisation review, sovereign fund and development banks... budget during this governing mandate of 11. 4 billion euros, the impact on economy and society is almost zero. They've changed reports between subsidies and capital investments. There are about 520m euros in subsidies. Even those capital investments that were promised have not been realised... have been planned 3 billion euros, there are only 1.2 billion euros --” -- it has been expressed.
