He has spoken of collective contracts, which said Prime Minister Kurti and neither Minister Murati have had the will to resolve the issue.
According to Ibrahimi, some 60m euros have been halted in Kosovo municipalities this year.
We have discussed the collective contract several times with Prime Minister Kurti and Minister Murati, but there was no will to resolve it. Now we have addressed this issue to parliament. All of the mayors demand that a budgetary line be presented for 2025 for coverage of the financial cosot that is coming out of the collective contract, because only this year, because I can continue the trend of financial means, municipalities in the Republic of Kosovo have received over 60 million euros...”, Ibrahim told Periscope.
