37-year-old Djilan Murder Surrenders Two Suspects

For the murder of S.O., 37-year-olds, two suspects have surrendered. (year of birth 1998, citizens of Kosovo) and F.M. (year of birth 1998, citizens of Kosovo).

As police reports, the same suspects have allegedly been involved in the murder case of the 07.11,2024.

One of the suspects has seized a firearm “ .9mm calibration gun allegedly committed a murder criminal act”.

The General Investigation Unit by the Regional Police Director in Gjilan, in the course of investigative actions aimed at fully clarifying the case of murder and legal evidence, has collected and analysed dozens of film materials of security cameras, interviews, implementation of separate investigative measures, continued checks of several locations for which they provided information that they are being used for shelter (suspect) by suspects.

These ongoing intensive investigative actions are believed to have led suspects to pressure and unaffordable situations on the same date as 1211.2024 have voluntarily agreed to surrender to this V.S. unit. (year of birth 1998, citizens of Kosovo) and F.M. (year of birth 1998, citizens of Kosovo).

The same were allegedly involved in the murder case, on the date 07.11.2024 on Gnjilan's route to Gjilan, in which the shooting weapon killed S.O. '87.

One of the suspects has seized a 9mm calibration gun allegedly committed criminal murder.

The suspects have been interviewed in the presence of defence lawyers, and with the State Prosecutor's decision, they have been detained at the detention centre for 48 hours. The case is prosecuted in the Founding Attorney.
