How were tens of thousands of euros in the 2023 municipal budget misused for subsidising VV family businesses in Gjilan?

For the first time in Gjilan, with PDK proposal Municipal Parliament in 2023, approved the budget allocation of 135 thousand euros for subsidisation of women owner businesses and START UP businesses for Gjilan youth.
