How, though, can we avoid colds and flu? To accomplish this, follow the following advice.

Get away from people who sneeze

No doubt you don't want to look rude, but sneezing may involve a 20 - meter environment! If a stranger near you starts showing signs of flu, step aside and switch seats. All you have to say is “excuse me- I'm very soon getting the flu”

Make sure you're not the wrongdoer! When you think you're ready to sneeze, cover yourself with the elbow. If you were to use your hands all day long you wouldn't want to spread germs on your door handle or keyboard.

Keep Clean

You don't have to be too scared of germs. But if you constantly touch things like the handle of the door, it makes sense that most of your family is sick.

Also, you know it's very essential to clean your hands often. The usual soap and hot water will kill germs, just make sure you wash your hands thoroughly. And don't stop cleaning them even if you're already sick. By cleaning your hands regularly, you reduce and prevent the flu.

Cold and flu result from viruses rather than bacteria. This means that antibiotics that kill bacteria are unnecessary to cold. Don't ask a doctor for a prescription like that. What do you need to know more? Antibiotics have side effects. They can kill good bacteria in your body, which help to digest food and other important things, such as protection from infection in your vagina.

When you are sick, avoid exercise

You may feel a little better if you do some light exercise or consider doing some yoga to increase your blood flow in your body. But if you're having a hard fight with the cold and the flu, it's not the perfect time to exercise. Your body needs to maintain energy in order to remove viruses.
