Lajcak has been sharply charged Monday by Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, who has declared that the EU's envoy for dialogue “has been co-ordinated with Serbia's president, Aleksander Vuciq.
All this after the February 14th meeting between Kurti and Vuciqi has ended without results. After that meeting, Kurti has said he has been put before a proposal that jeopardises Kosovo's future.
And Kosovo in New York is representing Vjosa Osmani, who has held meetings with senior international officials.
” Euro-Atlantic integration continues to be the only way to ensure lasting peace and stability in the region and beyond. At today's meeting organised by European Union High Representative Josep Borrell in New York, I reiterated that granting candidate country status for Kosovo is strategic interest”, Osmani wrote.
