Police have suggested that three Kosovo Albanians and a German who acted as a structured criminal group have been arrested by Vlora police.
That was after being filmed distributing drugs at a festival in Dryness, Himara.
In the framework of an encrypted antidrug operation IONAH, 33-year-old Altin Bosnjak, Art Baytullahu, 31, Arten Preveza, 39-year-old and David Neumann, 43, were arrested in Germany.
Police say that the four were arrested in the frigga while, in the form of the group, while providing various drugs, they divided them into doses they sold to tourists and vacationers who were attending a festival organised in the Giver.
Police seized doses and narcotic cocaine pills, MDMA and ecstasy, 151 pharmaceutical bags and electronic scales that served in the distribution of narcotics, doses, 4 thousand and 250 euros, and 101 thousand and 900 dollars benefited from this criminal activity, a vehicle, 4 cell phones and a 20-euro fake bill.
The procedure materials were passed on to the Prosecution Court of First Court of General Jurydiction Vlora for further action.
