The US Embassy in Serbia has distributed Secretary Antony Blinken's announcement of the telephone conversation he had with Serbia's president, Alexander Vuciq, over the tense situation and the September 24th terrorist attack.

Blinken in his call with the Serbian president has demanded that the immediate de-exception and has said the perpetrators of the terrorist attack currently being held in Serbia must be accountable.

“State Secretary Blinken: “I have spoken with President Vuciq in order to stress the necessity of an immediate de-progression of tensions with Kosovo and be called to account for those responsible for the recent violent attacks. I also stressed the importance of fully implementing the obligations of the normalisation agreement under dialogue with the support of the EU”, the US Embassy in Belgrade has written.
