On three sides of the last elections that have been held at the municipal level in Pristina, the VV politician was elected as the municipal adviser (Assammblist).
In 2013, elections in Pristina had won the Vetevendosje Movement. After the arrival of municipal power, this party had employed hundreds of people in the municipality with contract on the job. Besnik Mujeci, an official of the Administration Directorate, was employed in about 2014.
The law does not allow a person to be employed more than twice as many as 6 months in a public office under contract (contracts for special services). But since power was LVV's, it was only to exercise the political position of asmblist that the civil servant's contract continued as an official with a contract on the work.
Vetevendosje had also won the election in 2017. The calf had not been moved from its position with illegal contracts.
Periscop has learned that his contract has been terminated by March of this year.
The Vetevendosje movement has ruled it out Tuesday from the loyal Mujejcin party, which has been arrested in Albania under suspicion of drug distribution.
On Tuesday, Albanian authorities have said Mujeci is among the five arrested, who allegedly distributed drugs of ecstatic type to local night in the former Brooklyn area of Tirana after trafficking narcotics from Kosovo to Albania.
According to Albania authorities, the value of drugs with which the suspects have been apprehended amounted to 400,000 euros.
The other detainees are Mithat Ramadani 30, resident of Pristina, as well as Kalem Pzaari, 24, Ambra Miftar 28, and Daniel Avdija, all three residents of Tirana.
The suspects have been detained with a shipment of suspected narcotics substances of 11,300 ecstasy tablets MDMA, weighing 5,093 pounds. /Periscopi/
