Tolovia with books: Parents ' complaints erupt on the eve of starting schools

Kurti Government's decision to buy the books for students themselves through their subvention in their parents ' personal accounts has caused a tremendous toll.

This is noted in some of the famous Facebook pages, such as Netek Pristina and others, but in the very messages parents are leaving in the Facebook account of the education minister, Mrs. Arberie Nagavci.

Some of the parents express concerns about non-function or the non-recognition of the use of e-Kosova page, while some of them show indignation over the trouble the ministry has caused.

Yesterday, the education ministry, Nagavci, spoke about this problem so:

Dear parents, we are paying attention to your situation and concerns about your application on the e-computer platform for subvention of textbooks.

A total of 92 thousand parents have applied to this platform so far. For all of those who have applied, I inform you that we are in the process of technical aspects of transferring tools to your rigs. Also, I assure you that all complaints we've received so far are under consideration”.

 Another problem that has been presented in this process is that of five-year-olds, since book subsidies, is only six years old.

 When students are 5 years old, the payment will be made after vetting the cases. The opportunity to apply will be open by the end of September, in order that no student will be left without equipped with textbooks.

We've been asking the DKA to publish a list of textbooks and, according to our information, most schools have already published textbooks selected by professional activism”, writes Nagavci.

Regarding this chaos created around textbooks, there are many reactions from day to day.

Hykmete Bajrami, now LDK deputy and former education minister, Yesterday he wrote:

The violation of the Nagavci constitution today has appealed to parents” don't buy the books, without getting the list from teachers”, and what about those who have already bought them, send them back or what?

Moreover, who guarantees it and others who have to find those books that teachers recommend?

That's what they call chaos at high cost.
