Sali Berisha tries to identify more and more with Albin Kurti, supporting his every move.

Berisha has recently praised Kurti for his visit to Northern Macedonia, which sparked strong controversy in the neighbouring country, for the intervention of Kosovo's prime minister in Macedonia's domestic affairs.

Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti visited at the weekend at the invitation of local governments, Tetovo and Cair municipalities in Skopje to northern Macedonia. In Tetovo, Mr. Kurti solemnly pledged to the local governments, but also thousands of citizens for the construction of the Sharr Tunnel and the highway linking Tetovo and Prizren, an extremely important project for Tetovo and Western Macedonia, as not only brings the two towns of Prizren and Tetovo very close, but cut by 2-3 times Tetovo-Pristina and Tetovo-Tirana, I wish this project would be realised as soon as possible. In Skopje, Mr. Cheire Town, Kurti attended the ceremony organised by the local government for appointing a street in that municipality by the name of Adem Demac, which is presented to local authorities.

The informal visit to Northern Macedonia also sparked some unnecessary protocol and symbols problems, which, due to the sensitivity existing on the trives of this region, must be avoided. But I do not want to engage in the controversy that accompanied Mr. Albin Kurti in northern Macedonia, in the municipalities of Tetovo and Cair in Skopje, not even in the performances and claims of Albanian political forces and the country's local and central official authorities. But I consider it important for the positive role of the Albanian factor, keeping the reports open despite party preferences and orientations with all Albanian political forces in the region, and preventing the deepening of a divisive process that Edi Rama just came to power and started with political forces in Kosovo and continued later in northern Macedonia. The useless protocol clashes of this visit with Macedonian official authorities have begun to coincide with Skopje's antihistoric line-up and official Tirana in a trilateral alliance with Belgrade in the Serbian-Russian Open Balkans project, with which Kurti was not reconciled and has unequivocally attributed to his opposition and support instead of the Berlin process. I think that continuing to support the Open Balkans is a continuation of the further division that brought the Serbian-Russian Open Balkans project and should be seriously considered by the authority of Northern Macedonia, as the main victims of Serbia in the region would be Albanians and Macedonians.

But what hurt me in this story is the reaction of the head of the state of Northern Macedonia to the appointment of a street in Ceire by the name of Adem Demach, Mandela of Europe, the freedom test, the European Parliament's Sakharov Prize laureate. Ademi Demac with his 28-year epic centre in the Communist Yugoslavia's prisons and camps, tistist is a true Tribute of freedom not only for Albanians, but also for Macedonians, Montenegrins, Croats, Serbs, Bosniaks and Slovenian citizens of all the lyrician citizens who experienced the harsh crackdown of communist totalitarian regimes. In this context President Pendarovski's negative reaction to this act that paid tribute to Skopje, Northern Macedonia and across the region, I think it is hasty and hurtful to every free-willed citizen of our region and even more to every Albanian who considers Ademi Demacin a national hero, a legend of resistance for freedom and northern Macedonia a friend based on a multiethnic society in which the heroes of freedom, the brilliant symbols of human freedom and dignity, and regardless of ethnic affiliation cannot raise anything other than respect and admiration.

In addition, I strongly condemn the reaction of the unrecord albanophobia, Serbia-great Aleksander Vucic to Mr. Kurti in northern Macedonia. Serbia's president, Vucic, called Kurti's visit the scandal of scandals, thus interfering to undermine relations between the two neighbouring and independent countries. With his pathetic attitude towards the independent and sovereign neighbouring country, he testifies that he wants to make the region's gendarmerie from the ultranationalist Serbian position.

It calls on the international community to condemn such partnerial interventions by Serbia's president, aimed at increasing tensions and worsening relations between neighbours in the region. Kosovo and Northern Macedonia are two neighbouring countries inextricably linked to thousands of bridges and wires. They have every instrument and opportunity to resolve any misunderstanding or controversy itself with dialogue and without the role, nor the malicious intervention of Little Putin in Belgrade or his assistant in Tirana.
