Sali Berisha tries to identify more and more with Albin Kurti, supporting his every move.
Berisha has recently praised Kurti for his visit to Northern Macedonia, which sparked strong controversy in the neighbouring country, for the intervention of Kosovo's prime minister in Macedonia's domestic affairs.
The informal visit to Northern Macedonia also sparked some unnecessary protocol and symbols problems, which, due to the sensitivity existing on the trives of this region, must be avoided. But I do not want to engage in the controversy that accompanied Mr. Albin Kurti in northern Macedonia, in the municipalities of Tetovo and Cair in Skopje, not even in the performances and claims of Albanian political forces and the country's local and central official authorities. But I consider it important for the positive role of the Albanian factor, keeping the reports open despite party preferences and orientations with all Albanian political forces in the region, and preventing the deepening of a divisive process that Edi Rama just came to power and started with political forces in Kosovo and continued later in northern Macedonia. The useless protocol clashes of this visit with Macedonian official authorities have begun to coincide with Skopje's antihistoric line-up and official Tirana in a trilateral alliance with Belgrade in the Serbian-Russian Open Balkans project, with which Kurti was not reconciled and has unequivocally attributed to his opposition and support instead of the Berlin process. I think that continuing to support the Open Balkans is a continuation of the further division that brought the Serbian-Russian Open Balkans project and should be seriously considered by the authority of Northern Macedonia, as the main victims of Serbia in the region would be Albanians and Macedonians.
In addition, I strongly condemn the reaction of the unrecord albanophobia, Serbia-great Aleksander Vucic to Mr. Kurti in northern Macedonia. Serbia's president, Vucic, called Kurti's visit the scandal of scandals, thus interfering to undermine relations between the two neighbouring and independent countries. With his pathetic attitude towards the independent and sovereign neighbouring country, he testifies that he wants to make the region's gendarmerie from the ultranationalist Serbian position.
