Greep said the court has found there is enough danger for Thaci and Wessel to prevent [...] performance.

Greep said the court has found there is enough danger for Thaci and Wessel to prevent the progress of the process and commit other crimes, the Justice Vow reports.

According to her, the court has found that communications can be limited in a way that significantly reduces these risks only with the implementation of the framework for monitoring communications used in the detention facility of Specialised Chambers.

Greep has also provided information on the Peter Shala court case, where she said DPS chairman has appointed the Constitutional Court's Specialised Chamber panel on July 14th to decide on the reference request from Shala, handed over on 11 July, where she claims violations of its fundamental rights, the Law on Justice broadcasts.

The same, it revealed that this panel consists of judges Vidar Stansland, Roumen Nenkov and Romina Inquisti.

Meanwhile, he said the reference request concerns the court's findings that the statements Shala gave to Belgian police in 2016 are not unacceptable.

Greep also announced that on July 20th, the court ordered continued detention of Peter Shala, adding that there has been found to be artistic reasons to believe the risk of continuing to prevent the progress of the process and the risk of committing other crimes.

On this court case, Greep said the hearings resume on Monday, August 21st, with the presentation of evidence by the victims' defender.

All in the end, the same has announced that on 1 August the Supreme Court panel rejected Hysni Gucati's request for a visit to Kosovo.

She said that the Supreme Court panel reviewed a number of facts during making the decision, and began by stressing that there is no right to visit under protection for convincing humanitarian reasons, especially when the person has been found guilty in court of formal form.

According to her, the panel has noted that since May 2022, Gucati had visited his mother five times. The fifth visit in March 2023 was approved after being found guilty of act of formal form by the Appeals panel, and he was suffering the sentence, which ultimately means the loss of freedom.
Grieep said that his visit was then approved because of urgent, extraordinary, and convincing circumstances regarding his mother's health.
