Arsovska has launched an initiative for changing the name of this road and returning the former name “Macedonian Second Brigade”. She has delivered the initiative to the Council of City today.
“I call on all Skopje City advisers to vote on this proposal, through which injustice will be improved against 230 heroes -- members of the second Macedonian Brigade who have given their lives for Macedonia”, she said.
The first Skopje ordered Kosovo government chief.
“Appeals that this initiative should not be politicised and misused for increasing interethnic tensions”, Skopje's first stressed.
In the meantime. Danella Arsovska, as well, proposes to Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, in Pristina to appoint a street by the name of Macedonian revolutionary Todor Alexandrov, who, according to her, has co-operated with Hasan Pristina, Hasan Bata and Bajram Currin in the fight against the occupation of the Yugoslav kingdom.
