Ox0 session The SBE received the announcement two weeks ago of the Ministry of Management of Local Power for the creation of the working Group for the drafting of “administrative guidelines for determining procedures for civic initiatives for the dismissal of mayors”. The mission in Kosovo is willing to offer advice in this area in response to any invitation from the ministry and in line with its” mandate, said O's response SEU for RTV21.
In response, the OSCE said the mission has not directly helped Kosovo institutions in organising the elections, which, according to them, “reflects the increased capacity and competence of Kosovo institutions working in this area”.
“Since 2017, the OSCE has not provided direct support to Kosovo institutions in organising elections in Kosovo. This reflects the increased capacity and competence of Kosovo institutions working in this area, including the Central Election Commission, and sustainable support from the O Mission The SEU in Kosovo over many years.
