The prosecution wants custody for Tush Frokain, suspect in the Kline murder.

The Founding Prosecutor in Pec has requested that the detention measure be appointed to Tush Frokat, suspected of murder in Kline.

He made it known about Dukagjin, spokesperson for Pec's Founding Prosecutor Shkodra Nikqi.

He said that today there will be sessions where the state prosecutor's request for the appointment of the Frokaj detention measure will be considered.

The request has been made for the appointment of the detention measure, the state prosecutor has submitted the request to the department for serious crimes. At the same time, during today the preliminary procedure session will be held, the state prosecutor's request that the detention measure be appointed to the defendant, Tush Frokaj”, he said.

Tush Frokaj is suspected that by the 7th of August of this year he has deprived his wife's brother Anton Prela of life.

The event took place at a bar downtown Cline, where the suspect had entered and fired several shots towards the victim, leaving him dead.

After the murder Frokaj was on the run until yesterday, when he turned himself in to the police.
