The Kosovo Parents' Council on Wednesday has met with representatives of the Ministry of Education.
After the meeting, the chairman of the Council of Parents of Kosovo, Besnik Gradusha, said they have proposed some forms of how parents could buy books after the Ministry's decision.
According to him, the final decision is expected to be made this week, though he confirmed they have no agreement with the ministry.
Dragusha added that we expect the means to be in accounts next week.
The decision is expected to be made within two days, the distribution of books will not become as in the past years. We're not in favour of this decision, we're in a situation when the lesson starts in another week and we want to protect the right to be equipped with books so parents don't spend”.
We expect that by the middle of the next week, parents have an account for tools to buy books. Open collection points, each parent gets the books of the Ministry to pay”.
