Workers of Serbia's parallel structures are continuing to work on the facility Thursday as well.
RTK has tried to get an answer from them, but the same people have refused to speak to the camera, nor have they allowed us to enter the facility.
Friday is the deadline to free the facility.
From the Serbian List, through a statement, have indicated that employees of Serbia's institutions have been notified they must leave the facility within three days.

The United States Embassy in Kosovo said Wednesday that the local authorities' decision in northern Mitrovica to remove Serbian institutions from the municipal building in Bosniaks' neighbourhood has not been taken in co-ordination with the international community, nor has it been met by its demands for non-compliance and actions that could escalate the situation.
The European Union (BE) said on Thursday that the North Mitrovica municipality's decision -- to seek the release of a municipal building from persons working for Serbia's administration -- is contrary to efforts to deespass the situation and reduce tensions in reports between Kosovo and Serbia.

EU spokeswoman Peter Stano told the media on August 24th that “we are concerned about the impact that will have on the security situation the recent decisions of the North Mitrovica Community Administration for the use of space and public and municipal buildings“.

Stano reiterated earlier EU stances that municipal elections in northern Kosovo, even though they were conducted according to Kosovo's legal framework, due to very low turnout, did not provide long-term solutions.

Four institutions being funded by the Government of Serbia are located in the contested building: The Office for Kosovo in the Government of Serbia, the Centre for Social Work from Vushtrria and the Administrative District of Kosovo Mitrovica.
