Halim at “Debat Plus” said Ridvan Muharrem has been asked to help secure state reserves from Minister Roseta Hajdari himself.
He's been invited by the Ministry. He's been asking who you're talking to. He said when you come to the Ministry you'll be notified at the reception and then we'll meet, right at Rosetta Hajdari's office, there were senior ministry officials, the minister was there. Ridvan also mentioned that for the first time, Hajdari has met in her” office, he said.
He said that from Muharrem, Minister Hajdari has sought to find the market to provide oil and sugar.

Halimi said his client had no contractual relations with MINT, until he added that his signature is not found in any documents.
