The weather medium reported on Monday that Prime Minister Albin Kurti has 38 advisers.
18 are political advisers, 10 foreign officials.
A statement already by Prime Minister Albin Kurti, who was in opposition, has been brought to the attention of former Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj for the high number of advisers. Albin Kurti said that five counselors would be enough.
Kurti even said that the high number of advisers might indicate “some sort of fundamental disability of Prime Minister”.
I don't need 35 consultants, not my intellectual presence, but five of my advisers are enough. 35 are as if none were, or show some sort of fundamental disability of the prime minister himself...”, he declared in September 2019.
Haradinaj ascohoe had 35 advisers, which therefore means there were three advisers less than current Prime Minister Albin Kurti has.
I'm sure Prime Minister Kurti should ask if he feels “final fundamental disability” since he had to engage such a high number of people who advise him.
Under the law, the salaries of Kurti's cabinet members range from 987 to 1155 euros, without counting here the other benefits they enjoy, such as wages, ticket spending, repressation, and so forth.
The appointment of the prime minister's staff is defined with regulation for the areas of administrative responsibility of the Office of the Prime Minister and Ministers.
Under Article 23 of this regulation, the prime minister can appoint as many as 15 political advisers”.
But regulations also highlight the possibility the prime minister appoints up to 9 advisers from each of the communities.
From the prime minister's office, it has been clarified that among the 18 advisers who number Kurti, four are from the communities, until Andy Hoti, though listed on the list of advisers, is head of the Kosovo delegation for talks on the issue of missing persons. /Periscopi/
