According to him, this decision has passed all court steps, but KEK is not implementing it. According to him, this action is being done consciously by the Board and management, considering that they are misusing the official task.

He adds that failure to implement the decision is contrary to the work code, adding that no one can pay the risk of working workers.

KEK's <x0). The KEK colleagues have recently acquired a course in all courts, the Constitutional Court, the Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court, the Constitutional Court, for paying weekends for KEK workers, the workings with shifts, but KEK is still not respecting this court ruling, it is still not paying the weekend workers, except for those who have received it, the bailer, and continues the work code that has been done at the end of June, even in the pre-work code that the workers have to pick up after the end of the weekend, even if they eat up what the court has to do, or what he has to do with the exchange, or what he has to do, he said.

It's against the law that they've done with the work code, and we should actually go towards the courts to do re-suit, even though we've won it once and we consider that the KEK manager in this case even the board is very well aware he's been misusing official duty because if we go to court and get right and they have no small expenses from the Kosovo Energy Corporation. We also have a lot of other rights violations, even against which we always apply in writing, and we have the risk of working at the workplace where the risk of KEK workers is not paid, even though many workers over the year die as a result of professional diseases, which we suspect are taken to jobs, but the risk of workers not paying”, he said.

Llumnica points out that they have recently demanded a raise in wages based on the latest trains, but that since this is not happening many experts are leaving the corporation. It even says 2,000 thousand workers are missing.

On this issue, he said they have not had the opportunity to meet with Government, even in spite of their demands, even says there may be strikes and protests, warning that KEK could remain without workers and production.

“ ... we've recently demanded a salary raise based on the job market, in the private sector and many other countries, which have much better salaries than KEK workers and they've actually started working on KEK workers to quit their jobs, to leave their jobs, to flee to different countries, but normal to the private sector, because we've had the last chance that dozens of engineers have fled the country, and some have started working at all because they have better salaries elsewhere, it's urgent that the Energy Corporation of Kosovo, otherwise to raise the wages for the basic absence of the office in the year 2000, and that these are going to be a huge product of the ECCCCCS, and then they's going to be a lot more successful.

“We don't have meetings with Government, we have meetings with the KEK management where we still don't agree to raise salaries, but we're still going to ask again to repeat the requirements, and soon we can have protests and strikes because KEK can be without workers and without production if the workers who have experts, have engineers, will leave because they find a better place than KEC1).

“Physical security workers have been violated for 17-18 years, since 2007, so in 2004 a debt of that department has been made, and in 2007 it has been unjustly tendered illegally and continues to be tendered illegally even now. We have been following some promises of this government when it was opposition, we have also followed promises during meetings when it came to power, we are expecting physical security workers, that is, the Fisik Security Department will return to KEK because it has not been privatised, they have not taken shares and in reality have their right to return where they have”, Llumnica said. / EO
