It had never happened before in American history: First former US president photographed as suspect

The 77-year-old was taken the first historical photo for a former US president and arrested as a P01135809 prisoner after being filed 13 charges in Fulton County Prison on Thursday afternoon.

This comes after region District Attorney Fani Willis accused Trump and 18 of his close associates earlier this month, writes Skynews, broadcast Clankosova.tv.

During his brief visit to prison, Trump received the photograph, his fingerprints were taken, and his personal records were placed before he was released on parole.

Trump's convoy was later seen leaving prison quickly, passing a group of supporters and media members waiting outside.

Speaking to reporters later as he prepared to board his home plane, the republican said it was a very sad “day for America”.

 

Trump also posted on X, once Twitter, for the first time since 2021 by sharing his picture. It was the first time Trump used the social media platform since Lord Elon Musk lifted his ban.
