The court in the report has clarified that the two MINT officials allegedly committed the criminal act of abuse of office or official authority, while Ridvan Muharrem allegedly carried out the work of helping to carry out the criminal offence of abuse of office or official authority.

“The Constitutional Court in Pristina, the Special Department has decided on the request of the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo, the appointment of detention in the criminal case for indictees I.L. and H.G because of alleged criminal suspicion that they committed the misuse of office or official authority, by Article 414 of the Republic of Kosovo's Criminal Code, and the R.M. for allegedly carrying out the criminal work of helping to carry out the criminal act of abuse of office or authority, from Article 1414 related to the 33th Code of the book. 06/L-074 Penal of the Republic of Kosovo”, the report says.

The Pre-Procedure Procedure Judge has approved it as based on the request of the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo to appoint the detention measure for defendants I. L, H.G. and R.M., the same ones were assigned the detention measure during 1 (a) month each. The detention measure of the three defendants is being assigned in line with Article 184 paragraphs 1 under paragraph 1.1 of 1.2.2 points 1.2.2.2.3, of the Kosovo Criminal Procedure Code”, Express noted in the report.

In the end, the Court has clarified that against this act, disgruntled parties have a complaint right at the Court of Appeals, through the Constitutional Court in Pristina.
