According to our criminal legislation, this enters the category of criminal acts against narcotics and having to deal with structured criminal groups, then punishment for this kind of criminal act is up to 15 years, while with Albania's criminal legislation, there is even beyond this maximum, up to 20 years”, Bajraktari said in Klan Kosova.
On the other hand, he said that this type of drug is used by young people, and then it is a serious circumstance for the leaders.
