Aktakuza for former Klokot municipality deputy head jumped Serbs for votes during elections

The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo has filed an indictment at the Constitutional Court in Pristina today, the Special Department, against defendants with S.M. initials. The former deputy mayor of the Kllokot municipality, because, as it becomes known, proved the basic suspicion that he committed the criminal act, the signing of the free appointment of voters.

P The SRK reports that the investigation has proven the S.M. defendant. Co-ordination with convict B.D. and other persons, have seriously taken the citizens of the Serbian town of the Klokot municipality to the point of influence on their election will, during the time of the parliamentary general election held on February 14, 2021, asking them to vote for the specific political subjects, with the threat that they will be fired, as condemned B.D. in the quality of the mayor of the municipality, he has illegally secured votes for the political subject Serbian Lista, while defendant S.M. in the quality of Klokot municipality's deputy chairman, has secured votes for the 129-strong political subject, Ujedijina Zaydennica- Ardiana Hodjiq.

The case has been passed to the court's competence for further procedure, while during this phase of procedure the defendant is protected in freedom.
