As public information official Mirlinda Gashi points out, there are cases that court officials are alluding to high temperatures and failure to function the ventilation system.
We've had very often all kinds of ground-up cases, there have been cases of auctioning the officers of the Court, but there have been also those who have presented themselves to the hearings and have been parties to the procedure, their situation has been worrying”, Gashi tells Periscope.
The Judiciary Council has even sent letter to Prime Minister Albin Kurti and his three ministers.
