The two leaders discussed the key priorities of the presidency, which include re-industrisation, strategic autonomy, ecological transition, social and economic justice, and strengthening European unity.
Sanchez hosted Michel in La Moncloa Palace a day after his trip to Kiev, where he met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and reiterated his commitment to supporting the war-torn nation “as long as it should” and “irrespective of the price to be paid”. /Euronews
