During an interview in Periscope with Ilir Mirena, the former ambassador has said that today it is very difficult to present Kosovo, with the argument that there is no sodium with which you can introduce the country.
“We've got diplomacy today, but it's a bad-effected diagnostic. The goal of diplomacy is to accommodate the interests of the state, while our diplomacy today is to have harmed the interests of the state of Kosovo. For a diplomacy to function successfully it must have a clear sodium, a clear direction and must know what direction it is going in. It means which one has its strategic goal, not only in words but also in action”, Peci said.
I think that in the current situation, I can say freely not to be in the skin of Kosovo ambassadors, because what narrating you will present for Kosovo today is the problem. If there's no lull on your country, then it's very hard to function because diplomacy is opening doors, creating new opportunities, and we're looking at limiting what we've had today and losing all the new opportunities. I would hardly have been able and certainly couldn't have worked as a diplomat under current circumstances”, the former ambassador said. - P ERISCOPIA
