Judge Husay-Rugova initially found the absence of the damaged side and their representative, lawyer Berat Tmava, who in cash had announced the court would not participate in the hearing for the reasons of their dissatisfaction with the court.
However, Albesa Cacaj was damaged even though she had been regularly invited had not reasoned on her absence.
On the other hand, Gogate's lawyer with authorisation, Erina Berisha before the hearing, had openly announced that she could not be present at the hearing, because she is at birth break.
The session, however, did not present a lawyer with Gogate's substitute authorisation, Besnik Berisha, after it had become known that the same was in custody by police at Ferizaj.
So in the absence of conditions, today's session has been postponed to continue according to the agenda scheduled for July 28, 2023.
