Mustafa: Everything is expected of those who after the curtain deal with Milosevic's followers

Former Prime Minister Isa Mustafa has been declared on recent developments in the country, including the arrest and later the release of the lawyer, Besnik Berisha.

He says with this act, justice today did not name Kosovo's renowned lawyer a criminal, however, says everything is expected of those who after the curtain deal with Milosevic's followers.

” Justice today did not name the criminal a prominent Kosovo lawyer, Besnik Berisha. Turns out it could be a criminal who ordered or influenced his arrest. In arresting professional competence, arresting the courage to express opinion; arresting human dignity. Those who wanted to tarnish the government that I led by alluding that she was arrested for crime (I would say that she had “Nationalism and iredentism”, as the Yugoslav UDB described to those who were chasing her and no arguments and facts about any concrete work). Everything is expected of those who, behind the curtain, deal with Milosevic's followers to be organised jointly to oppose the demands of KLA veterans. But we must rejoice that the trial, which we are often critical of, after the marathon debate in this case, was fair and did not give in to the absurd demands of Karagi that their professional deficits compensate with alliances with power; who forget the oath made to implement the Constitution but become caregivers of those who left the faculty without a faculty. It is encouraging the courage of several media representatives to express their opinion without hesitation on the personality of attorney Berisha, and not to influence justice but to seek justice, as is my opinion. Kosovo deserves legal state, strong and courageous lawyers, prosecutors and judges who enforce law and constitution and do not act on orders. Only thus can we as citizens feel secure. We are not assured of political party polls, but the implementation of the Constitution and the construction of the literal legal state”.
