Apart from lawyer Berisha, the Ferizaj Court makes decision for another 6 suspects in several criminal acts

The Foundation Court in Ferizaj, in addition to lawyer Besnik Berisha, has also ruled for six other defendants who are suspected of criminal acts “The Office of Assistant Chiefs following the commission of criminal acts”, “Procedure of Proving or Official Procedure”, “Endowment of influence” and “Cerequiscity of official position or authority”.
Five of those arrested, the Court has assigned them a 1 month detention measure.
“State Prosecutor's request for the detention measure against five (5) suspects: N.J., J.V., F.Z., R.C., A.S., has been approved as a base, and the same iúu has been appointed a measure of detention in the duration of (1) months for each separately, in line with the legal provisions of the Republic of Kosovo Criminal Procedure Code, due to the suspicion that the defendants have committed the criminal acts described above<x1.
One of them, the Court has assigned the measure of house arrest.
“defendants I.S., have been denied the state prosecutor's request for the appointment of the detention measure and assigned home arrest measure for a (1) month, to the legal provisions of the Republic of Kosovo Criminal Procedure Code”, the announcement said.
And the court has confirmed that Berisha has been released and he has been declared a move not to approach the person or country.
“Nakq, as far as suspects B.B., has been rejected by the state prosecutor's request for the appointment of the detention measure and is assigned a measure of security ban to be offered to the country or person scheduled for a length of (1) month, conform the legal provisions of the Republic of Kosovo Criminal Procedure Code”, the report said.
But what are the seven defendants suspected of?
N.J., suspected because of the criminal offence to hire leaders after conducting criminal acts by Article 380 paragraph 1; preventing the testing or formal procedure from Article 386 paragraphs 1 under paragraph 1.5 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code (KPRK).
B.B., suspected of criminally exercising influence by Article 424 paragraph 1; providing support to the perpetrators after conducting criminal acts by Article 380 paragraph 1; preventing the official testing or procedure by Article 386 paragraphs 1 under paragraph 1.3 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code (KPRK).
I.S., suspected of criminal acts preventing proven or formal procedure from Article 386 paragraphs 1 under paragraph 1.7 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code (KPRK).
J.V., suspected of criminal abuse of official position or authority by Article 1414 paragraph 1; taking bribes from Article 421 paragraph 1 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code (KPRK).
The F.Z., suspected because of the criminal act misuse of official position or authority by Article 1414 paragraph 1 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code (KPRK).
R.C., suspected because of the criminal act of exercising influence by Article 424 paragraph 1 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code (KPRK).
A.S., suspected of criminally exercising influence by Article 424 paragraph 2 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code (KPRK).
