The Commission for Examining the Ankes for MINT Registeration of Business still has three days to decide on the Kosovo Clan complaint against their political decision to suspend Klan Kosova's business certificate.
If the Commission rejects the complaint, then within a very short period (if the judicial procedure fails) the editorialisation of the Kosovo Clan will be placed the key.
The danger is serious and real.
This is not an administrative or legal process, it is a political process.
I understand that the media and journalists are very busy with many developments, but I beg them very much to talk about this development.
This process is not just about Klan Kosova, it's about the precedent that is created and then can be applied to all other media.
