KMDLNj: ZRE Largest Family Budget Rapster

According to KMDLNJ, THE ZER is one of the biggest human rights violators in Kosovo, referring to the issue of paying electricity bills on the part of northern residents.

” Z HR, after the end of the war, from the time it was established was the criminal and the biggest bully in the family budget, as well as in businesses, justifying classic theft through the inflating of bills by cʹrass, suffered regular electricity payers while benefiting northern Kosovo citizens who have not paid a cent for the spent current.

Tools collected through criminal work (the flow through billing) were divided for parallel structures in the north, where business flourished with prytovaltes and the cultivation of narcotics for which a large quantity of electricity was needed. After much civil complaints, KMDLNA has reacted regularly to signal this illegal robbery by demanding that it cease with this bad practice and to harm citizens for the damage caused.

Initially by Z RRE and Operator were denied this illegal action until even the ombudsman made a reaction by sending the subject to the Constitutional Court. The relevant parliamentary commission had found that there were violations, but it had done nothing to stop the robbery and propose measures against perpetrators. In addition, all post-war governments including Kurti 1 and Kurti 2 governments have shared significant means -- tens of millions of euros -- within a calendar year to pay the current for Kosovo's north.

Northern Kosovo citizens except the current have not paid water bills, waste or property taxes, which are not paid to this day. KMDLNj at a meeting had asked Prime Minister Haradinaj to exercise authority and cut the electricity payment for Kosovo's north, as if Kosovo citizens regularly paid for damages caused. It was a small but quickly forgotten by continuing with the old practice, paying the electricity for the north from Kosovo's budget, while blowing the bills was interrupted.

Finally, the Supreme Court of Kosovo ruled that the ZRE would order the current electric power operator to compensate citizens damaged for the looted means and the Electric Energy Regulatory to buy time, with a perception that it had been using all these years, is trying to find ways to avoid paying compensation by stating that they have no clear how citizens should be compensated, they have submitted a request to the Constitutional Court with which clarification is required for citizens to compensate.

The ZER is one of the biggest human rights violators in Kosovo and the biggest practicer of discrimination for the fact that Kosovo citizens do not treat them as consumers who have to pay for the spent flow, but abuse them exclusively on ethnic grounds and according to political opportunity. The buying of time means that citizens will tire of their right demand for compensation and that this matter will be forgotten after a while.

Setting compensation modes, compensation dynamics bring citizens into a bureaucratic maze and only benefits here will be, Z. THRE, as structured criminal organisation as well as the current operator that ruthlessly plunder consumers through increased electricity prices at a time when Kosovo citizens are facing major problems of existential nature.

The reported reductions that are arguing that they are the cause of decay in fact is that the current is being sold to countries in the region that are lack of electricity.

KMDLNj calls on Kosovo citizens to seek compensation through individual indictments and not give up on the realisation of this right that the Supreme Court of Kosovo has recognised by its ruling. KMDLNj will support the citizens of Kosovo seeking compensation as it requires legal responsibility for human rights abusers through the plunder of the family budget in the benefit of another party, the citizens of northern Kosovo”.
