Israeli poet Gili Haimovich is published in Albanian

The Faik Konica publishing house, Pristina, has published a book of selected poetry from the internationally recognised poet. Gilie Haimovich, from Jerusalem, Israel. The poetry was chosen and translated by poet and literary translator Fahreddin Shehu, who has long followed creative work, the literary work of poet Haimovich.
Gili Haimovich is a Brilingual poet and translator from Israel. She is the author of ten books of poetry, four in English and six in Hebrew, as she wrote a multilingual book of her Note poetry. Its last books are the Promised Land (2020) and Nineveh (2021). She won the international poetry competition in Italy “colori dellʹanima” (2020) and “Ossi di Seppia” (2019) for best foreign poet, a grant of excellence from the Ministry of Culture in Israel (2015) etc. Its poetry has been translated into 30 languages and presented in different world anthology, festivals and magazines. Albanian reader through this book, entitled by author: ” The promised lands” will prosper with an ancient culture, which through the poet Haimovich, is articulated with a modern language and extremely authentic poetry.
We remember that Mrs. Haymovich in pandemic time was a participant in the International Poetry Festival, in Rahovec, as well as strengthened ties and perceptions of her poetry. She returned to Jerusalem, wrote the poem “Kosovo”.
