Haziri: Kurti in all crises took a step forward and two back

The Kosovo government reached a four-point agreement with the European Union to expand the situation in the country's north. Among these points was the withdrawal of 25 per cent of police from municipal and surrounding buildings, as well as support for holding elections after summer. Partial acceptance of the EU plan after tensions and measures applied to Kosovo by the US and EU, LDK Deputy Chairman Lutfi Haziri, is seeing as walking policy a step forward and two backwards.
In a statement to Gazeta Express, Haziri said this approach to Kosovo harms the image and presents it as a source of crisis.
These are steps behind Prime Minister Kurti. It in all crises caused in the north, all blockades, boycotts and tensions that have been due to agreements or arrests, has taken a step forward and two back. Even then, Kosovo had to face punitive measures to step back. This kind of attractive two-step plan leaves consequences in the image, and Kosovo gives the history of a country with restrictions and punitive measures for non-co-operation, non-co-ordination and non- constructiveity. It practically makes us a source of crises for no reason at all”.
Haziri said that Kurti's representation was wrongly given to the Europe-based <x0 people who are the people of Kosovo”.
At third point in this Kosovo agreement - The EU reportedly “Kosovo expresses dedication to providing the legal basis for the need to organise these elections”.
How does Haziri view this point?
“This means announcing new elections and creating a stable environment for elections. The message to Serbs is not to prove the boycott that it is damaged in representation, while for the Kosovo government to create stable political environments, without the strong presence of police so that citizens can vote freely for candidacy”.
The LDK deputy chairman for Albanian mayors of northern municipalities says all were politically used there. He even says this was the prime minister's “a hidden agenda”.
Not only the Lulzim Hetemi of Leposaviqi, who has become the Guardian of sovereignty and legitimacy, more on behalf of the government, but all mayors should feel politically used there and are politically used by this prime minister, without any reason. They have become political hostages, for an agenda that turns out to be hidden from the prime minister, does not know Kosovo's citizen, we do not know much less, perhaps even international partners. Already, what appeared in the last two days on the surface, clearly shows that this hidden agenda of the prime minister even within dialogue and within the framework of legitimacy and sovereignty in Kosovo has been an agenda of it and a close circle of it, despite political, economic and diplomacy that has caused Kosovo”, Haziri says.
Asked if after the Kosovo extension occurs, Kosovo will seek to start implementing agreement with the establishment of association
The Ohrid Agreement has already been concluded in the Council of Europe. Any progress of walking, slow or fast, the barometer will have implementation of the Kurti-Vucciq agreement. In addition to packages and other conditions other countries have produced, negotiated and implemented. Kosovo will have an additional condition on this particular part, and that is implementation of this agreement. Kurti has placed a heavy stone on this republic's neck, which will be very heavy to carry to integration processes, both in the EU and in NATO”.
Haziri, who is also LDK's responsibility for dialogue with Serbia, said days ago that responsible politicians in times of difficulty make difficult decisions and that his party will draft a draft status.
But, for that, Haziri said the warning of the presentation of this draft for Association has to do only when the LDK is in government.
Only when we're ruling with a warrant will it be legal. Until then, we have no obligation whatsoever, no intention to draft something like that. The Constitutional Court has defined Government as the only one responsible for the dialogue. The law for ratification of the first agreement says the government is responsible for its implementation (where the association is). If the LDK gets into these jobs, it becomes Kurt's protracted hand, and it reasons Kurt to implement Zajednica, which has never implemented, but why through LDK?”
He said there is no reason to identify the LDK with the Association.
The “has never been a program part of LDK. When we were in government, we were law enforcement and law enforcement. Now the government is VV, not the LDK. How would the LDK treat Kurti's self-enforcement as part of association?”.
