Pristina, July 15th 2023 The Special Department has ruled on the request of the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo for the appointment of the detention measure in the criminal case against defendants F.M. and H.M. because of the criminal work Bad use of official office or authority, sanctioned by Article 4114 paragraph 2 over paragraph 1 and with Article 31 of the Republic of Kosovo's Penal Code.
The Practicing Procedure Judge of the Republic of Kosovo's Special Prosecutor's request for the appointment of the detention measure against F.M. and H.M. indictees has refused and the same is placed in freedom protection.

The Republic of Kosovo Penal Code, Article 144 respectively, envisions sentences of between 1 and 8 years for the performance of this work. But when the damage exceeds the amount of 5,000 euros, the sentence could go up to 10 years in prison.
“The official person who commits the criminal act from paragraph 1 of this article, and the profit or damage exceeds the amount of five thousand (5000), is sentenced to fines and imprisonment of three (3) to ten (10) years. ” says Penal Code.
Muika's Wealth
In his 2022 wealth declaration, Mujka seems to be quite well financially. The former head of the VV branch has shown he has three residences, one of them owned by his wife. Besides, he bought another house.
Mujka's three dwellings total 135 thousand euros, while the house costs nothing less than 200 thousand euros. As a playful asset he has shown a Volsagen-type car owned by his wife, which costs 4 thousand euros.
Annual revenues, former VV chairman in Mitrovica, so Mujka, has provided over 2 thousand euros from the position in Iber Lepenc, the salary of three thousand euros, and a net wage from the 300-euro Finance Ministry.
