Nasuf Hasani, lawyer of Minister Albulen Hadziu, has accused his colleague, Besnik Berisha, of exercising the profession of the illegal lawyer.
In a Facebook post, Hasani has said Berisha leads three economic subjects.
“Based on official ARBK records, Besnik Berisha, at least in three economic subjects, holds the manager's position.
The manager's position on any economic subject is a regular working relationship, and as a result, Besnik Berisha, the lawyer's profession is illegally exercised, respectively, in opposition to Law No. 04/L-193 for the Lawyer, contrary to the OAK Status, and in opposition to the Lawyer's Professional Ethics Code.” he writes.
We remember that Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu has warned the indictment of Berisha's lawyer, following charges from him that his arrest was made last week on her orders. /Periscopi/
