The Ministry of Health has published a series of recommendations for citizens, in overcoming the heat.

Through Facebook, the MSH called for elderly and chronically ill people not to be exposed to the sun's rays at a time interval between 10:00 and 5:00.

It has also been recommended that the keeping of the body cool, the wearing of broad, light clothes, the heavy drinking of water, the avoiding of sugar, alcohol, and caffeine, keeping the home fresh, and so forth.

The ministry recommended that if symptoms of headaches, fatigue, dizziness, drying your mouth and skin are presented, you may be notified to the nearest health institution.

Meanwhile, the Kosovo Hydrotechnology Institute (IHMK) has warned that during this week, maximum temperatures will reach 40 degrees Celsius.

By being exposed to the sun, we can suffer heat shocks from the heat causing dehydration of the organism that manifests itself with cramps, vomiting, diarrheal disorders, rashes, and skin burns by complicating the cardiovascular system to renal insulin (injury damage).
The recommended health protection measures during exposure to high air temperatures above 30 °C are:
Older people and chronically ill people should not be exposed to sunlight at 10: 00 a.m. interval.
Care during high temperatures:

🛁Take fresh showers;
💧Drink plenty of water;
☕Avoid sugar, alcoholic, and caffeine beverages;
🏡Keep your house fresh:

💡Reduce the use of electrical equipment.
🌳Stay in the shade.
🧑‍🔧Avoid laborious physical activity during high temperatures;
🚗Don't leave children or animals in parked cars;
If you have symptoms like headaches, effort, dizziness, dipping, and skin, report to the nearest health institution!
