80 %s of citizens of the region do not trust political parties

In recent measurements of the Balkan Barometry, 75 to 83 % of citizens, depending on the Balkan country, do not trust political parties at all.

One of the main reasons is the fact that they are seen as sources of corruption.

Is there a link between the fact that Political parties are the least trusted institutions for 75% of citizens in the region ( 83% in Albania) and the increase in dezinformation? Apparently, yes.”, Secretary Breath further said.

According to her, the culture of accountability and the fight against mismanagement, disinformation starts from the transparency of political parties' finances.
