Reasoning on the decision states:

The decision says this business aims at “the state institutions of the Republic of Kosovo” through registration as foreign investors to enjoy “all benefits bringing legislation into force.
We remember that already the decisions on behalf of ARBK were signed by Lebibe Haliti, who is VV deputy Enver Haliti's sister.
All this because, Director Spring Prestreshi now does not exercise this position, because it was the one who annulled the decision to suspend the business certificate for Klan Kosova.
In reasoning, Mrs. Prestreshi is the family of Lawyer Blerim Prestreshi, who, according to the verdict, is KLAN KOSOVA's lawyer. /nationalist
