According to the Serbian president, the West has mechanisms that can convince Kosovo to do so.
“I said that it is time for Pristina eventually to fulfil its obligations and, above all, the formation of the Serb Communist Community in line with the Brussels Agreement”, wrote Vuciq in an Instagram post.
Furthermore, Vuciq has declared that” Serbia has been constructive in all processes”.
But Kosovo believes Vucinqi's criminal gangs in the north have attacked KFOR members.
