Today, the Kosovar Agency for Registering Business (ARBK) has issued an official decision, with which it has announced that the authorised representative of the Kosovo Sh.P.K. Trade Society. has submitted to them the request for completion of documentation and that, in this case, the ARBK has abolished its decision on suspension of the business certificate.

In this case, the ARBK Directorate has officially announced that „has thus changed the actual “circumstances, which had prompted last week's decision to suspend Klan Kosovo's business certificate, giving the new assessment that that decision has now been abolished.

Today's decision, The ARBK has followed it to the Independent Commission for Media (KPM) and the Klan Kosova.

Klan Kosova has made official letter run KPM, in order to announce the corrections and the new decision of the ARBK.

Klan Kosova thanks all those who committed this administrative process to go according to the law, which are the embassies of Quinti accredited in Kosovo, international and local human rights institutions and organisations, media, journalists and freedom of expression, and especially all of our media and colleagues journalists for solidisation without hesitation.
