Safet Djici, former mayor of Kukes reportedly arrested

Kukes' former mayor Safet Djici has been arrested for corruption today.

He had security measures from the Special Court for Corruption, reports Top Channel. Gjicin burdens corruption charges of elected in elections, according to non-official sources.

It is learned that he was arrested at the bar under his home in the German villa area.
We remember that Gjici was dismissed from the duties of Kukes Mayor on June 16th by the Council of Ministers after a video scandal, where he had sex in the office. After the video was released, Gjici resigned from office.
