Pajataj's lawyer, Ahmet Tahiri, has confirmed for Insiderin since a month ago you submitted the request to the Kosovo Judiciary Council
According to him, 107 thousand and 460 euros are being requested on behalf of the detention stand -- 14 thousand and 400 euros on behalf of family visits to detention -- 28 thousand and 800 euros on behalf of lost profit and 1m euros on behalf of material damage. Another 335 euros are required on behalf of the application for compensation compensation of”.
Pajasitaj was acquitted of all charges on April 6th of this year by the Supreme Court.
