Lack of Attention in Food

Lack of time and the wild pace of the day may leave you little opportunity for breakfast. Growing on foot, fast or on a ladder, can temporarily satisfy hunger. If you do not pay attention to the amount and type of food, you will eat excessively but increase the risk of overweight and heart disease.

Protein Lack
