Miftaraj has said that, after this statement, “countries of the QUINT” have been assembled, and it has been decided that for the appointment of new ambassadors in Kosovo and emissaries for dialogue “a special commission consisting of Donika Grovalla, Roseta Hajdari and Elbert Krasniqi” is formed.
He has already written that the rule of a greedy state that gives itself the right to show the deployment centres for the strategy and appointment of diplomats in Kosovo.
