He goes on to say the time has come for EU states to put their finger on their heads.

This Slovak person, who in his office holds this map, has no chance to make a mediator between Great Serbia and something that does not exist. It's time for EU states to put their finger on their heads. This guy wears the European flag, because it's pro-rus sworn in.
