The victim was learned to be in a North Macedonian license plate car when he was attacked with a firearm.
The victim's lifeless body is still in the car in about two hours.
Kosovo police in question have said the shooting occurred around 8:00.
Police spokeswoman for the Pristina region, Flora Ahmeti, has said that a car involved in the blaze has been found far away from the scene.
“Operations operative tracking officers undertaken by the police, further away from the site of the event have resulted in finding a car involved in the flame allegedly used by suspects involved in the case”, Ahmeti has said.
