The transfer of a Turkish Special Forces battalion (500 members) was organised at the request of NATO Joint Forces Command. They're engaged in command of the 65th Mechanized Infantry Brigade.
Once in Kosovo, they settled in the “barracks Sultan Murat” near Prizren and now a part of Turkish troops, along with military convoys, were transferred to northern Kosovo in Zubin Potok.
