The government has quietly decided to withdraw and did not protocol as a decision.
Albanian Post sources from the government of Kosovo have said the decision was announced orally, following news that the Serbian forces have kidnapped three policemen within Kosovo's territory, but when the time came to write down the decision, to protocol, to be published on the government's official page and to surrender to the Ministry of Industry, Intervention and Trade was not prosecuted.
There was probably outside interference, because we were ready and expected to hand over the decision to the Ministry, but it didn't become”, the source for the Albanian Post said.
That something is not right was understood during today's conference of Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Interior Minister Jhelal Svechla.
They refused to discuss the matter directly and did not speak of the decision at all.
Kurti only said that our <x0 state and security institutions have increased the readiness level” and added that “for security reasons, as an immediate and necessary step, have tightened border controls with Serbia”.
He didn't mention any cargo jam decision at all, he just said they added “checks, especially to those carriers”.
Kurti kept talking about the <x0-> achievement of border controls depending on the analysis and assessments of security institutions”, but the decision did not speak.
Neither the minister spoke of him.
Albanian Post has contacted customs stations.
The officer in the information sector before being introduced by name was unclear in the question of whether they have a written decision.
Albanian Post has also requested from the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Trade documenting the decision to ban Serbian goods, but the same is not found in this ministry either because such a decision has never been made of written form.
According to the procedure, after protocol of the government's decision, he would have to go to the ministry, which would have released him for 24 hours, but the decision has been published.
There are truck columns on the border, however, but this is due to increased control procedures.
